Dave Betz

Dave is originally from the Greater Milwaukee/Chicago area where he still resides with his family. Dave attended the University of Wisconsin and earned a BBA and an MBA in Finance. 

Dave has experience in both municipal finance and public educational leadership. He had a successful career as the Director of Business Services for a school district located in Southeast Wisconsin. 
Dave is an experienced financial analyst with exceptional analytical skills and enjoys creating algorithms, one of which has evolved into Dinamico’s signature compensation system: DinamiComp.

Dan Kopp

Dan is originally from Platteville, WI.  After high school, he entered the United States Army as a military police officer serving in Frankfurt, Germany, The Republic of Panamá, and Fort Devens, MA.  Dan served in various leadership roles in the military prior to transitioning into public education where he taught and ultimately held several executive roles.  

In 2019, Dan along with two partners started Dinamico, Inc., where he works as a compensation expert.  Dinamico offers DinamiComp®, an HR solution for compensation management systems. With DinamiComp® their clients create and easily manage compensation systems that help them attract candidates who fit, retain great people, build trust with their employees, and ensure compensation equity.

Dan practices situational leadership while focusing on those he serves.

In September 2022, Dan released his first book: The Power of Me Leadership: 9 Leadership Tenets for EVERY Leader, in which he discusses tenets that will help everyone become a better leader.

Jeremy Betz

Jeremy serves as the Chief Data Scientist for Dinamico. He is a resident of the Greater Chicago Area and holds undergraduate degrees in Statistics and Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Data Science certification from Metis®. Jeremy is a U.S. Soccer Hackathon finalist and a statistical consultant for Statistics Without Borders where he has implemented natural language processing techniques to monitor the social impact of extracurricular programs for students in Afghanistan, Cambodia, and South Africa. Jeremy is responsible for the development of the DinamiComp® interactive web tool as well as the data consulting component of DinamiConsulting™.
